  • Manual harvest towards the end of September
  • Withering of the grapes in boxes for 3 months
  • Gentle manual pressing, fermentation in steel, and aging in glass demijohn

Label Notes: 

Two sisters with vintage dress because it's a wine that needs some aging to be perfect, the two different heads represents the two of us, sisters in life but with different characters.
