"Riccio" Dry Moscato igt Veneto
A surprising wine: on the nose it seems sweet, but then in the mouth it transforms into a dry, fresh and savoury wine, which calls for the next sip
Tasting notes:
- Color: bright straw yellow
- Aroma: orange blossom and orange blossom, fresh and ripe white and yellow pulp fruit
- Taste: round, dry, excellent minerality and pleasant acidity
Food pairing:
Fish dishes, fried foods, cheeses, vegetarian dishes, and as an aperitif as an alternative to sparkling wines; perfect with artichokes, paella, and asparagus.
Label Notes
The sea urchin represents the perfect pairing with seafood; the inner half represents the wine's juicy flavor, while the spines are its more acidic and mineral side; the two halves together represent us, two sisters united in this project, Annafrancesca, but very different in character.
